Christmas at the Woods Residence

A few days ago the subject of "what to do about an itchy right foot" came up with several possible cures offerred by some of our members.

Personally, my "most favorite" cure is to drive.....the pics show my ride on Christmas Day. Didn't go far but did put on few miles. Note , two....count them ....2 vettes in my yard on Monday PM. Unfortunately, 1 was red....... I'm sure there's a color change in the works.

Couple of Fords in the yard but NO SNOW.

A True Corvette Gal

Here's a picture of Kelly Kelly and her cockerspaniel Harleigh D Kelly.She's really proud of her 2002 drop top she bought last summer and is sporting a new shirt to show you all.She truly is a corvette enthusiast and her dog Harleigh loves his new ride a little more than her 1970 coupe of which by the way is also a gorgeous car !

Cure for an Itchy Foot

Here's an old recipe that I found to alleviate an itchy foot. Directions Take one corvette (any color. If it's old and over ripe that's ok too) Add approximately 15 gallons of gas Roll..... All windows down ( removing top is optional) ((the cars top folks, the cars top!!!)) Add .....two occupants (any size, weight, color) Blend ....in one sunny afternoon at low temperature (about 80 degrees) Gently ....press and release the petals until the sun goes down (or the itch goes away-which ever occurs first) ((be careful not to work the petals too vigorously! This could over agitate the mixture causing the itch to be replaced by a red facial rash, followed by a fine from the author of the "Cookbook On Proper Sequence"-COPS) And finally ... SMILE. ........ That should do it....... Saturday Dec 16th was the annual St John Corvette Christmas party. Kelly and Leigh Kelly from the River Valley Vettes attended and apparently had a great time mixing with the St Johners. Lois and I could not attend and according to Kelly we missed a good time !Hope to see some CSNB members make it to our after Christmas party on Jan. 17th.Thanks to Ian Joyce for the photos !

Six members from the River Valley Vettes made the trip to Moncton Friday to the "Greater Moncton Corvette Club" Christmas Party.Leigh and Kelly Kelly , Ron and Anne Gould and Tom and Lois Hiltz had a great time at the party and dance. I would like to thank Roger and Angie Bourgeois for the great party and hospitality in opening up their home to us. They were kind enogh to let Ron and Anne , Brian and Debbie Palmer ,
Tom and Lois Hiltz spend the night at their beautiful home.Thanks again to the Moncton club for a lovely time.Hope to see some of you in Fredericton on January 13th to our "after" X-mas party as well.
