The Atlantic Nationals held in Moncton for 2009 just gets bigger and better every year ! July 9th,10th, 11th & 12th saw street rods , muscle cars, and every other car in between ,including corvettes of course. Longest distant award went to a Florida car and in Canada it was a car from Red Deer, Alberta .Kelly Kelly and Lois and I left Friday and met up with several members from RVV downtown Friday night.Gene Winfield , the legendary custom car builder was in Centennial Park signing autographs and taking pictures with the crowd. Sunday a $60,000.00 ,brand new custom built ,1947 Chevy pickup was given away to a lucky Northshore car guy !Saturday afternoon trophys for the Moncton Corvette Show and Shine were awarded by Moncton's President Bob Surette !
