R.V.V. Autumn Colors Tour:
Eight
R.V.V. Corvettes covering five generations and one Kia ( Dave's Vette
is awaiting surgery ) embarked on an all day run to marvel nature's most
colorful season. The Corvette / Kia caravan toured Rte. 102 & 2 to
Canterbury and then to Fosterville, NB.,Orient, Me. and on to Houlton,
Me. The drive offered the expected display of reds, yellows, oranges,
greens and the unexpected appearance of Donald Trump in a truck. ( ask someone who was there ) Some free time allowed for some shopping before we visited the Elmtree Restaurant for
a late lunch. Following lunch the caravan traveled to Symrna, Me. for
an interesting visit at the Amish Pioneer Store before the return trip
home. An excellent weather day, an excellent Vette display and super
comradery.
