May 22nd Run to Bouctouche
Our first run of the year. We left the blue canoe at 9am and set out for la dunes, Bouctoche . The weather wasn't looking great when we left but the further from Fredericton the weather improved greatly. It turned into a beautiful sunny day. A few pit stops were made on route but we arrived around 11:30. After our walk on the shore of the Northumberland Strait we ventured toward Cocaine and Shediac. We stopped in Shediac and ate at the Fisherman(seafood of course).Don't tell anyone but we arrived in Fredericton 1hr. and 15 min. later. Played a bit of cat and mouse with a mustang(it was someone Vernon knew). All in all a great day, good company and of course lots of laughs.

RVV First Breakfast since 2019
We had 12 people attend our first breakfast since 2019. What a great turn out .It was awesome seeing everyone and to catch up on the news and also to be able to socialize.
Paul Porter's, as everyone
knows has been our sponsor for a number of years and again this year
presented our club with a check to maintain his sponsorship. Paul has
been a great host for our club, he never fails to greet us and to spend
time talking with our members. We greatly appreciate him and his
enthusiasm towards our club. As a club let us continue to support him as
he has us.

RVV trip t Noah's Ark
RVV went to Noah's Ark in Oakland NB which is just above Hartland. We had 6 vettes attend. We traveled hwy 104 to Nackawic & made a routine stop at Robin's donuts We left Robin's and headed for the trans canada hwy. We made a stop at Tim Hortons in Woodstock to meet Danny and of course another coffee. From there we made our way to Oakland NB ,the home of Noah's Ark and enjoyed a noon meal in Noah's Cafe. A bit of background on Noah's Ark. It initially began as a church and a Christian teaching facility, it now offers housing for the less fortunate. From Noah'sArk we departed for home .It was a day well spent.
