Happy New Year from River Valley Vettes

Recipe for a Happy New Year.

Take twelve fine, full-grown months; see that these are thoroughly free from old memories of bitterness, rancor and hate, cleanse them completely from every clinging spite; pick off all specks of pettiness and littleness; in short, see that these months are freed from all the past—have them fresh and clean as when they first came from the great storehouse of Time. Cut these months into thirty or thirty-one equal parts. Do not attempt to make up the whole batch at one time (so many persons spoil the entire lot this way) but prepare one day at a time.
Into each day put equal parts of faith, patience, courage, work (some people omit this ingredient and so spoil the flavor of the rest), hope, fidelity, liberality, kindness, rest (leaving this out is like leaving the oil out of the salad dressing— don’t do it), prayer, meditation, and one well-selected resolution. Put in about one teaspoonful of good spirits, a dash of fun, a pinch of folly, a sprinkling of play, and a heaping cupful of good humor.

2009 Corvette ZRI "Blue Devil"

Just when we were tired of paying for spy photos, GM serves up an early Christmas present. Here's your first look at the new 2009 Corvette ZR1, Chevrolet's supercharged, mega-horsepower, asphalt shredding, passenger-screaming, victim-seeking, street killer. Yes, it's finally here.

to go on a short run to Morrisdale,NB and get a head start
on Christmas before all the snow came. So Kelly through
some X-mas decorations in her trunk and way we all went.
While Bob was in Florida we would make use of his garage
and property to display the decorations and to take some
photos and send them down to him.
On behalf of the River Valley Vettes ,I'd like to wish everyone

Is this a ticket to the Policeman's Ball ??

Is that Bob in Florida , receiving a ticket for speeding ?? I think so ! There must be a story
behind these photos .That nice new yellow roadster may be just too fast for you Bob.
Anyway , it looks like a nice day for a parade even if it was rained on a little bit . More
investigating is to find out that this is just a friend of Bob's and it is a just a stunt to get us all going because we all know Bob doesn't break the law ! Ha !!
Cheers !
